The Modiac Blu-ray Ripper will check and automatically update to a new version if a new version has been released. So we suggest you do not close the update window.

The Modiac Blu-ray Ripper support automatically updates when your PC connects to the Internet. The update is totally free for any user who has purchased the product.

Sorry. Because of technical reasons, the Modiac Blu-ray Ripper must be used while connected to the Internet.

If you only want to get audio and play on some device, the Modiac Blu-ray Ripper will support several audio formats, such as MP3, AAC, WMA, WKA, AC3, OGG, RA, and M4A. You only need to follow these three steps: add files you want to convert and then select one of formats for your output file; click convert and you will get the audio after the conversion is completely finished.

Please check whether or not you inserted a normal DVD disc or some other disc but not a Blu-ray disc.

If this is indicated, it means that your Blu-ray disc has been scratched or the data has been corrupted, so the Modiac Blu-ray Ripper can’t read the information on the disc.

You don’t need to install any decoder to run the Modiac Blu-ray Ripper.
